We stopped in Miami for a reason. Well actually several. One, we really like Miami. We have happy memories there from prior stays and it has a special place in our heart. Two, we feel secure in our anchorage options. And three, the vets there are used to doing international health certificates and there is a USDA office to certify the paperwork needed to take Skipper to other countries. We made an appointment for Skipper at the vet office on Friday after Thanksgiving. Aislin and I took an Uber there and back with Skipper.

Skipper got his paperwork completed for Mexico, Belize, and Guatemala.

That evening we had a special surprise. Some friends from Mount Dora were in Miami to spend Thanksgiving with their family and met us for dinner.

Once again we made good memories in Miami, we will be returning.
Wonderful! What joy!
