Time for a sea trial! The engines were running great, the batteries charged, water tanks full as we took off from our dock. Our neighbor Benito who captains a Privilege 50 came along with us for the ride.

We stopped at dock 1 to get some fuel. And there we stayed. Ended up the slight seeping of fuel from the fuel lines was more like a flood when under pressure. The fuel lines leaked where they entered the tanks–both of them. So Benito and Kim worked for several hours driving back and forth to the hardware store, replacing gaskets and O-Rings, until finally hot and exhausted we motored the 0.5 mile trip back to our slip.
We’ll try again another day.
